LIGHTING STRATEGY
The planning process can be tricky at the best of times… then you’re asked for a lighting strategy from the planning department. Don’t worry! We can help you with that. We don’t need to make it complicated either, we can give you the baseline lighting strategy that complements the rest of your project. This small but mighty document will really add weight to your submission and show the planners that you are thinking about all the details.
DISCHARGE OF CONDITION
Your planning is approved! BUT there is a condition around the lux levels talking about obtrusive light. No worries, we have got you covered. We can work on your application to create simple and stylish designs to discharge the condition. We work with you to make sure we deliver what your project needs.
3D MODELLING
Sometimes you must show off your project in the best possible light to obtain the permissions you need. Nothing beats a full working 3D model of the lighting on your site at night. This is the most unequivocal way of proving that our design does exactly what it says it should. These models are invaluable for schemes in ecologically sensitive areas proving to clients that the lighting is doing exactly what it should, when it should.
